My communication style

My communication style is very laid back and down-to-earth. I believe that being authentic allows others to be true to themselves and advances their progress much quickly.

My journey to mental healthcare

What drove me to become a therapist, besides some of my own struggles, was that I became weary of watching others repeat unhealthy life choices that caused a great deal of harm to themselves and others. This motivated me to want to work alongside people, helping them think of things differently.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a joint effort and one that the client must own for it to be successful.

Our first session

The first session will be spent getting to know each other to develop a healthy therapeutic environment and to ensure we are the best fit to provide the most growth for the client.
