My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for this work began when I volunteered at a women's shelter. I wanted to advocate for survivors and empower people to use their strengths. I love making an impact and helping clients achieve their goals.

Your goals drive our work together. I'll help you identify what you hope to achieve and make those goals measurable. We'll assess progress regularly through work in sessions and between them, adjusting as needed.

Our first session

I'll spend time getting to know you through an intake assessment. I understand first sessions can feel overwhelming, so I respond with empathy and follow your pace. My goal is to build trust and rapport from the start.
