My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a therapist began when I was very young. It was always my goal to help people and to be a supportive person in their lives. It has been a rewarding journey, and I am committed to helping others improve their mental health and their futures.

My goals for you

The goal of each client is personal and individualistic. Goals are set by the client. Identify the priorities, be realistic, and set small, obtainable, measurable goals.

Our first session

I ask any questions and voice concerns in an open environment, be honest, set goals, discuss what therapy looks like, take notes if needed, and reflect after the session.
