Hi there, I'm Melanie!

I work with youth and adults to help them reach their goals and improve their mental health. Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, or everyday challenges, I'm here to support your healing journey.

My focus

I believe every person has the ability to heal and improve their mental health when provided with a therapist who is invested in their success and takes the time to teach skills and process feelings, thoughts, and life events. I enjoy working with children and teens, as well as adults in all stages of life.

My approach

My approach is client-centered. After determining your goals and individual needs, we'll discuss the treatment modality that fits best. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you heal and grow.
