I often work with women navigating stress, shame, or self-doubt rooted in family pain, relationship trauma, generational cycles, or systemic barriers.

I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, and the pressure of always being the “strong one.” My focus is on creating a safe space to unlearn survival mode, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with your authentic self.

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. People need space to be understood before they can grow. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what’s really going on without feeling judged or rushed to “get over it.”
