I work with educators, first responders, children, teens, adults, and older adults. I treat conditions with anxiety, depression, life balance/stress, and low self-esteem.

My approach is client-centered. I meet you where you are with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in working with a collaborative relationship to identify treatment goals and priorities.

My communication style

I like to create a calm, safe state for sessions. Many people say that I make them feel calm and can dig deep into the root of the issue.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist has its roots in personal experience. I also have had many who saw my gift of being a clinician with calm, patience, and being genuine. This journey, I can say, chose me and is part of my destiny to help humankind one person at a time.

My approach to goal setting is finding out what a client wants to work on as an issue/goal and building from there.
