Hi there, I'm Tenail!

I help adults and couples struggling with unresolved trauma, grief, and addiction learn to manage symptoms and establish healthy coping strategies. I do this through trauma-focused evidence-based psychotherapy with a person-centered and multicultural perspective.

My focus

I work with adults who have experienced trauma, grief, or addiction, helping them manage symptoms and develop healthy coping skills to reengage with life. I also work with couples who have experienced trauma, infidelity, challenging life events, or addiction to identify unhealthy patterns and improve their quality of life.

My approach

I use evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, CPT, PE, COPE, and Gottman Method to help you identify unresolved trauma, grief, or addiction, empower you to manage symptoms, and develop healthy coping skills. This hands-on approach gives you tools to feel more in control of your triggers, emotions, and behaviors.
