My journey to becoming a PMHNP has been shaped by a deep passion for understanding the human mind, a commitment to compassionate care, and a desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges. It has allowed me to combine my clinical passion for advocacy, education, and empowerment.

I help clients meet their goals by creating a safe and supportive environment where they can explore challenges and identify strengths. Through active listening, empathy, and shared decision-making, I guide clients in developing realistic goals and strategies for growth, healing, and recovery.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll spend most of the time getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your symptoms, your history, and what goals you have for treatment. It’s a chance for me to understand your story and for you to ask any questions you may have. Together, we’ll start building a plan that fits your needs and priorities.
