My style is warm, honest, and approachable. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and show up as yourself. You can expect compassion, thoughtful questions, gentle challenges, and real conversations that encourage insight, accountability, and growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I have always valued people’s stories and wanted to help others feel seen, heard, and less alone. I’m inspired by the courage it takes to face difficult experiences, and I find purpose in helping clients recognize their strengths, heal, and move forward with greater confidence.

My goals for you

We will develop goals together based on what matters most to you. We’ll turn those goals into realistic steps, check in on your progress, and make adjustments as your needs change. The goal is not perfection, but meaningful progress that feels manageable and sustainable in your everyday life.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain. You may share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin shaping a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and right for you.
