My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental health provider is deeply rooted in personal experience and a strong desire to support others. I was first introduced to mental health counseling at age 18, though mental health challenges had been present in my own family long before that.

Helping clients reach their goals is a collaborative and personalized process. I begin by building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and mutual respect. In our initial sessions, I work with clients to identify their specific concerns, challenges, and hopes for therapy.
