Hi there, I'm Juliet!

Are you feeling overwhelmed and undersupported in your life? You don't have to navigate those feelings alone! Together, we can turn challenges into manageable, meaningful steps towards the life you want.

My focus

My practice is a supportive space for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress. I understand how overwhelming these challenges can feel. Together, we can build healthier ways of coping and identify previous patterns. This will require an open mind/heart, willingness to try new tools, and motivation to create meaningful change.

My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to point out continued negative patterns to allow you the space to reshape the negative patterns in thoughts and behaviors. I also utilize Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), which is a collaborative space that will help you build skills that highlight your strengths and set attainable goals.
