My journey to mental healthcare

I've always known I wanted to help others, and becoming a therapist felt like the most meaningful way to serve. I'm passionate about promoting self-advocacy and empowering individuals to reclaim control over their lives. It's an honor to support others on that journey.

My goals for you

We'll work together to define clear, realistic, and meaningful goals. I help you understand the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns that may be getting in the way. I provide tools and coping strategies to handle challenges and move forward. You'll take small, manageable steps, and we'll check in on progress each session.

Our first session

The first session is an intake where you'll have space to talk about what's troubling you. There's no pressure to share everything—just what you're comfortable with. You're encouraged to ask questions about the process or express any concerns. The session typically lasts an hour.
