I offer support to adults on an individual basis who may be dealing with depression, anxiety, and other common mental health challenges.
My approach
My goal is that you leave your visit feeling better than when you came. I stress the importance of self-care, stress management, good sleep hygiene, healthy diets, and physical activity in achieving overall good health. I listen to my patients, allow patients the opportunity to express thoughts and feelings, and allow time to ask questions.
