I am compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. Clients have described me as friendly, caring, honest, relatable, and a good listener. It is important to me that you have input into your treatment plan, understand what you are taking and why, and leave each visit knowing we are a team working together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been in the field of psychiatry for most of my nursing career, working as a staff nurse, charge nurse, and supervisor. I am passionate about mental health and eager to help you reach your goals.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is to learn as much as possible about my clients while building a therapeutic rapport, which ultimately leads to mutual trust and respect for one another, while fostering a team approach.

Our first session

An initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of your mental health and medical history. This allows me to make the best informed decision for your care. Some clients may require lab work to ensure medications are safe and effective. Initial evaluations take up to one hour.
