My client focus includes adolescents, college students, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I enjoy supporting individuals who may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure of how to manage.
