My communication style

I am calm, personable and supportive. I desire for my clients to feel comfortable speaking to me without feeling that they will be judged. I want my clients to feel valued, knowing that someone is here to listen and help them overcome their challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare

Understanding the impact that mental health can have on an individual's overall quality of life, I consider it a privilege to be able to support and guide people through some of their most vulnerable moments. I believe it is my calling to foster hope while promoting growth and healing.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is working together to identify the problem and set measurable and realist goals based on your desired outcomes. Progress will be tracked throughout treatment, and new goals may be established as some are accomplished.

Our first session

Although you will be asked questions about what brought you to therapy, your past and present, you can also expect active listening to occur. This will help us build a relationship and assist me with getting an understanding of your needs. We will also develop treatment goals that will help track your progress during your time in treatment.
