My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider was shaped by navigating my own life challenges and witnessing how mental health impacts families. I’m also a parent of two children with mental health and co-occurring disorders, which deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to helping others feel supported, understood, and empowered.
