Hi there, I'm Zac!

I approach helping clients through a holistic framework to help you address what is interfering with your quality of life.

My focus

I have worked with veterans, college students, active military members, first responders, couples, and families. I have also worked with combat and non-combat trauma and am trained in EMDR. I enjoy working with people through major life transitions and helping them find meaning, purpose, and solutions.

My approach

Life can be full of challenges in times of adversity and even opportunity. Finding someone to walk alongside you to provide support and help you find solutions can be an important first step in your journey.
