Working with women of all ages, my background includes anxiety/time/stress management, work-related issues, coping with chronic illness, caregiving, aging, end-of-life issues, meaning-making, and grief/loss. Using components of cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused therapies, we will work together to identify challenges and develop new coping skills to help you find your way.
