My journey into mental health began with a desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges. Working with individuals suffering from mental health conditions instilled a deeply personal commitment to turning a profound family tragedy into a lifelong legacy of healing and advocacy.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to seeking care. It’s normal to feel nervous, we will move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
