My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to psychiatry. My personal experiences drew me to this field, and it has been a rewarding career. Psychiatry holds a special place in my heart and brings me great joy. I am passionate about mental healthcare and love what I do.

My goals for you

My practice approach utilizes the recovery model, which encourages you to be an active participant in your care and treatment goals. I will discuss the best evidence-based treatment options, but also enjoy exploring natural options with you if that is your desire.

Our first session

During the first session, we will review the history of what brought you in. We will then dive deeper to uncover symptoms and your main concerns. Then we explore psychiatric, trauma, medical, social, and family history. We will wrap up by creating a plan and discussing treatment options.
