My name is Kristina, and I've been a counselor for over 12 years. I've worked in a variety of settings and services, including schools and community services.

My approach

I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My goal is to provide a safe, relaxing space free from judgment. I use various methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, reality, and person-centered. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, anger issues, family conflict, etc.
