I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Wilmington, NC. I specialize in working with children and adults who have experienced trauma or stressful changes in their lives. I also work closely with new parents to help manage post-partum issues and feelings associated with becoming a new parent.

This can include grief and loss, experiencing abuse, changes due to moves, and abrupt changes in relationships. I also enjoy working closely with new parents to navigate the challenges and joys that come with new parenthood.
My approach
I use attachment-based and psychodynamic therapies in my practice. In our first session, we'll explore your history and the patterns of your relationships, and develop goals we want to work towards. During treatment, we will work to understand the ways that your life experiences impact you in the present day.
