My therapeutic approach is eclectic as I specialize in a variety of areas. My primary approaches are under the cognitive behavioral therapy umbrella, and I am able to provide both DBT and trauma-informed care.

My journey to mental healthcare

Prior to becoming a therapist, I had seen the intense and longstanding impacts of trauma, and this encouraged me to want to be on the side of healing. I am passionate about creating a world of healthier people and take my role as a helper to be an honor.
