My family and friends were full of dysfunction, and so was I, surviving childhood. It was through therapy that I found strength and purpose.

I approach goal setting by working with you on your particular situation to figure out what are realistic and achievable expectations.

Our first session

A straightforward way to get to know each other, so I don't waste their time on figuring out their needs. Sometimes it can seem like it takes forever to get cleared to see a mental health professional. That way, they can be clear on the services they are getting and whether we will be a good fit for each other.
