I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in supporting clients living with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic diseases, death, loss, and bereavement. My communication style is compassionate and direct. I provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where you can dive into your goals with honest and compassionate support. I work at your pace and focus on safety and comfort with the process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a background in working with families with children as well as with hospice patients and their families. My experiences in these fields created a passion for helping adults tackle the struggles of life and death, and for helping them deal with the difficulties that accompany the human condition.

Through getting to know you and building rapport, I work to help identify your goals and hopes for the future. Through compassionate implementation of treatment modalities, we will work together to reach those goals and gain insight into what makes you you.

Our first session

During an initial session clients should expect a warm, welcoming, and pressure free environment. After ensuring clients feel safe, we will then explore what brought them to seek support and what they are facing. I am always open to hearing questions and concerns clients have when starting the therapeutic journey and leave space to explore these.
