Sessions with me are conversational and personalized—I take the time to listen and ensure that patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their care decisions.

My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began during my work as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, where I frequently encountered patients struggling with mental health concerns alongside their physical health needs.

I approach goal setting through a collaborative and patient-centered lens, always maintaining positive regard for each individual’s preferences, values, and readiness for change. I believe that meaningful progress happens when patients feel empowered and actively involved in their care.

Our first session

During a first session with me, patients can expect a thorough but relaxed, conversational approach in a safe, judgment-free environment. I encourage patients to share their story at their own pace while I gather a comprehensive understanding of their mental health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and personal goals.
