My communication style

My communication style is warm, inquisitive, and direct. I fully believe you are the expert on what you're experiencing. I will ask the questions that many others in your life will not ask, creating space for deeper exploration and understanding.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider while working as a school social worker with youth. I began to feel guilty holding a license while so many people could not easily access mental health services with a therapist who looked like them. I decided to open my private practice and provide therapy full-time.

My goals for you

I'll approach an issue from every angle so nothing is hidden or avoided. Leading you on a path of clarity, you can make fully informed decisions about your life, cycles, or symptoms, and find motivation toward change. We revisit goals regularly, make adjustments, and assess progress together.

Our first session

During our first session, you'll have the chance to take your time and tell the story of your experiences. From there, we'll explore answers to some of the deeper core questions and needs you currently have. When you're ready, we'll identify goals and a counseling plan together.
