I specialize in individual counseling for adolescents, teens, and adults related to grief, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression and issues related to marriage, spirituality, adoption, foster care, marriage and peer issues.

I offer a counseling approach that uses proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with practical and collaborative tools to help you be your best self.

I encourage, open communication focusing on solution focused techniques wile providing support, empathy and understanding.

My journey to mental healthcare

Having always worked with individuals who have struggled with mental health, substance abuse and other physical and intellectual disabilities, I was driven to the mental healthcare field in order to help others in finding strength to work through life's challenges in a healthy and productive way.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and an opportunity for you to ask any questions and tell me about your interest in counseling. Together, we will discuss your goals for counseling and what you wish to accomplish during out time together.
