Hi there, I'm Kathy!

I use multimodal therapy, a holistic approach integrating techniques from different therapies, when working with children, adults, couples, and individuals experiencing behavior issues, life stressors, mood disorders, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

My focus

I help clients experiencing PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, sexual addiction, survivors of abuse, relationship issues, grief, life stressors, neurodivergence, LGBTQA+ concerns, polyamory, and aging. I work with all ages and welcome active duty military and veterans.

My approach

I use multimodal therapy, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma resolution, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and many other modalities. This holistic approach allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and draw from what works best for you.
