Having more than 40 years of experience in the mental health field, I use multimodal therapy which is a holistic approach that integrates techniques from different therapies based on a specific theoretical framework when working with children, young adults, adults, geriatrics, couples, and individuals.

My focus

I am comfortable helping clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, sexual addiction, survivors of domestic, physical, sexual and verbal abuse.

My approach

I use multimodal therapy, which is a holistic approach that integrates techniques from different therapies based on a specific theoretical framework. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, grief, Structural Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, Trauma resolution, REBT, Reality Therapy, Rogerian, Person Centered, and many more.
