I work with women and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life stressors, and transitions. I create a space where you can explore challenges and build skills that support healing and growth.
My approach
I use a variety of different approaches and try to customize my approach to each individual client. I pull from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strength-based, and solution-focused. I am trained and work from a trauma-informed lens and can incorporate EMDR, when appropriate.
