My specialties include treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, coaching, and addiction(s). Many of these problems become interconnected making identification of core problems difficult. Together we will work to understand the context of your life and increase personal awareness conducive to a new sense of well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare

My deep passion for helping others was ignited after learning of my mother's story of being in the foster care system. It became my duty and mission to aid others work through trauma and trauma-related disorders, and experience their Happy Ever After just as others had done for her.

Goal setting is client-centered meaning that we will work hand in hand in identifying your specific goals, strengths, resources, and desires to develop and implement goals to aid you in living and experiencing life as you desire.

Our first session

During our first session, we will establish rapport, complete an assessment to assist in identifying your strengths and needs, identify and discuss your goals, and begin implementing some strategies to aid you in reaching optimal goal attainment.
