Hi there, I'm Abbey!

I help individuals build stronger, more authentic connections with others. From improving communication and setting healthy boundaries to boosting self-esteem and fostering intimacy, I'm here to provide you with the guidance and encouragement you need to create the fulfilling relationships you want and deserve.

My focus

I tend to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, and confidence. I also work with people struggling with addiction and family members/loved ones of individuals struggling with addiction. If you find yourself struggling to connect, set boundaries, say no, or effectively communicate, I might be a good fit!

My approach

There are many techniques out there. The two I use most and find most effective for the people I see are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I will take the time to understand your circumstances to find the best approach to help you achieve your goals.
