I offer a warm, compassionate space for individuals feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, relationship troubles, or self-doubt. Therapy with me is relational and depth-oriented, to help you better understand yourself, process emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My focus
I especially enjoy working with motivated women who are navigating trauma, anxiety, overthinking, self-esteem or body-image concerns, grief, or relationship difficulties. Many of my clients come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to start deeper healing and create meaningful and lasting change.
My approach
My approach blends deeper work with practical support. I integrate Brainspotting, mindfulness, IFS, attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy, along with strategies from CBT, ACT, and DBT. We often start working with current stressors and gently follow them into more in-depth work with emotions and relational patterns.
