You can call me Catrice, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, low self-esteem, motivation challenges, trauma, abuse, grief, parenting issues, anger management, life transitions, ADHD, blended family dynamics, communication difficulties, infidelity, guilt, shame, and questions of life purpose.

I use Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Life Coaching to address stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
