Coming to therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, so I strive to create an environment that is calm, safe, encouraging, and productive. I will listen attentively and without judgment, give honest feedback, and assist you in overcoming life's hurdles.

My goals for you

We will explore your concerns and identify what feels most important to address. We will then explore and identify what success and progress look like regarding those goals. Together, we will make a plan to obtain those goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your concerns and goals, and we'll begin building a collaborative plan that feels right for you.
