I remain motivated by the opportunity to help others problem-solve, grow, and regain a sense of control in their lives. Being part of the process of watching clients gain insight and take meaningful steps toward the life they want is why I do this work.

From the beginning, we will work collaboratively to set goals that feel meaningful and realistic, whether that means managing anxiety, improving focus, building healthier relationships, or simply feeling more in control of your life. These goals are shaped by what matters most to you, not by a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive setting. We'll talk about what's been going on in your life, what led you to seek therapy, and what you hope to get out of it. I'll also ask some questions about your background, experiences, and any specific concerns you'd like to focus on.
