My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I wanted to be a mental health counselor as early as age 14. I have always wanted to help individuals going through difficult times. I am passionate about what I do, and I find meaning and purpose in my work. What drives me is supporting those who want to make changes in their lives and reach their full potential.

My goals for you

During your session, we will develop an action plan designed in order to motivate and guide you toward your goals. We will set short and long-term goals.

Our first session

During your first session with me, you can expect me to greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. The first session involves us establishing rapport and getting comfortable with one another. I will ask you questions to get to know your history, and we will discuss what brought you to therapy.
