I also work with trauma survivors, helping you navigate its impact and build skills to feel safer, better about yourself, and more in control of your life.
My approach
My approach varies based on your needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I incorporate mindfulness into all sessions. Whichever the modality, we work to chart a path forward.
