My approach
As a trained EMDR and Somatic Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), and Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, I utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatments such as EMDR Therapy, Somatic Therapy, CBT, MBSR, MBCT, and MBRP; to support those with symptoms of trauma, PTSD, Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), and more.
My focus
As a therapist, I believe in compassionate and strengths-based approaches that lead to inner healing. The clients I work with have experienced trauma and have symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and more. They seek out a secure, calm, and positive environment where they can be themselves and get on with the business of healing.

My journey to mental healthcare
As a child, I knew I wanted to help others. I hated to see anyone suffer and offered support in ways that my young self only knew how to, by listening, hugging them, and talking. I chose this field because I wanted a career I would do for free; I volunteered for years, so this wasn't so far-fetched. I'm happy I followed my heart and continue to love what I do.
