My journey to mental healthcare

What attracted me to mental healthcare is my passion for helping others and making a positive impact, especially for a population that experiences stigma compared with individuals with other medical conditions. I want to show compassion and empathy to my clients and be an advocate for them.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative and patient-centered approach to goal setting, viewing it as vital to treatment. It provides direction, motivation, and purpose for both of us. We'll establish rapport, assess your needs and preferences, set goals collaboratively, prioritize them, and monitor progress together.

You can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where your concerns and experiences are valued and respected. I'll introduce myself and create a warm atmosphere to help you feel comfortable. We'll conduct a comprehensive assessment, discuss treatment planning, and set expectations together.
