I work with teens and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. I can assist as you work through trauma, build coping skills, strengthen self-worth and confidence, and reach your goals.
My approach
Therapy is about your goals and your progress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify and restructure unhealthy thought patterns. Based on your needs, I may also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy, relational skills, mindfulness, and trauma-focused treatment to support your healing and growth.
