Hi there, I'm Mary Beth!

Do you find yourself tired of having other people's worldviews and judgments imposed upon you? Do you feel that no matter how hard you try, nothing you do is ever enough? It is my goal to provide a safe space where clients can truly be themselves without fear of judgment.

My focus

I frequently work with couples and families, as well as individuals. I enjoy working with all ages, from teenagers to seniors. I also have a special interest in working with women with post-partum depression.

My approach

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work to tailor each session to fit the needs of the person/persons in front of me. I work with couples and families to help them find peace and stability in their relationships. I am honored to work with my clients, and I do not take the responsibility lightly.
