My approach is varied, depending on your needs, goals, and challenges. I will offer you empathy and trust, with a focus on goals, recovery, and progress. I believe in creating a space you feel comfortable in and encouraging you to take control of your life to bring it to a place you are proud of.
My focus
Many of my clients struggle with relationships, have significant grief and trauma issues, and generally just need someone to talk to. They are also able to eventually share with me things they may have never told another person. I'm also used to working with a variety of disorders.
My approach
I offer a client-centered approach, knowing that each person's experience is unique only to them. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Trauma-Focused, Reality, and Solution-Focused therapies.
