Hi there, I'm Sara!

As a mother of two, I'm passionate about helping mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and partner relations to ease the stress of early parenthood. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I love building on people's strengths and resiliencies to help them reach their goals and feel more fulfilled.

My focus

I enjoy working with mothers through early parenthood, addressing prenatal anxiety and depression, postpartum depression, parenting challenges, and relationship issues. I also help those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, and relationship concerns.

My approach

I use a person-centered approach, focusing on your strengths and resiliencies, exploring how past experiences affect present issues, and helping you set goals that bring fulfillment. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, and motivational interviewing to support your growth.
