Hi there, I'm Cynthia!

I work with individuals ages 5-65 navigating stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness with a person-centered approach to help you progress toward your goals. I'm also trained in EMDR and Play Therapy.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing anxiety and stress related to life changes, as well as mood concerns and trauma. Sometimes these concerns stem from your background and continue to impact you, so I help you address those as well.

My approach

I tailor my style to fit your needs. Using CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR, I help you gain a better understanding of your reality and work together to chart a path forward toward your identified goals.
