My journey to mental healthcare

I discovered my passion for psychology during my senior year of high school, viewing it as a means to assist others and make a societal impact. After earning my Master's in Counseling, I felt unfulfilled and uncertain about pursuing a PsyD., which had been my initial plan, or embarking on a different path.

I collaborate with you to determine your therapeutic goals and adjust them as needed to better serve you. I aim for the process to align with your lifestyle and cultural traditions.

Our first session

The first session is for information gathering, where you can share your concerns and desired goals. I'll ask fundamental questions to better understand your values. The primary objective is to establish a trusting relationship, ensuring you feel at ease sharing your thoughts.
