I feel honored to walk with people in their journey in life and believe the therapeutic relationship helps people heal.

My focus

I have worked with people of all ages— at this time, my practice often focuses on helping women live their best lives.

My approach

I am trained in many modalities of therapy, central to all of those is the Therapeutic Alliance, which allows for support, encouragement, and helpful feedback. I meet people where they are in life.

Striving to create an environment that is safe and supportive will also help people find the strength and courage to show up as fully themselves.

To me, there is nothing better than being with someone in a real and caring way and helping them discover their own courage and capability.

Goal setting is mutually discussed and based on the client's motivation for therapy.

Our first session

The first session is often getting to know each other and building a trusting relationship. Generally, there will be questions about a person's history and anything they want to share they feel is relevant.
