My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I wanted to help teens and families build stronger relationships with each other. I've always been drawn to assisting others when they're struggling and finding ways to improve their connections.

My goals for you

We'll identify goals based on your concerns and what you'd like to achieve. I'll help break down challenges into smaller parts and identify contributing factors. Goal setting is collaborative and we'll revisit or modify them based on your progress.

Our first session

Our first session focuses on getting to know each other and building a connection so you feel comfortable. I'll learn more about you as a person, what you've been struggling with, and what you'd like to achieve during therapy.
