Hi there, I'm Kari!

"If you're feeling overwhelmed by emotional pain or life’s challenges, I want you to know—you're not alone, and reaching out matters. I understand how difficult it can be to open up, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support. I work with individuals who are navigating depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and the stressors.

My focus

Are you feeling overwhelmed with human pain or life issues? Do you feel alone in your pain, or do you struggle to open up and let somebody know what you're going through? I understand reaching out is not easy, and that matters to me! I have worked with individuals seeking to regain control over their lives due to the pain of various issues.

My approach

While I incorporate approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, my work is deeply rooted in a humanistic philosophy. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding.
